2010. augusztus 13-án kezdett a Boutique Hotel Zara új értékesítési igazgatója, Bagdány Gábor.
2003-ban végzett a Ryerson Egyetemen Torontóban, hotel management és marketing szakon. A torontói Intercontinental, és Four Seasons szállodákban Food and Beverage területen dolgozott, majd a Sutton Place Hotelben volt Night Manager. A Boutique Hotel Zara Director of Sales pozíciója előtt a Le Meridien Budapest Corporate Sales Managerként dolgozott 3 évet.
